How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Profile tab → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, everything you've logged, your photos, and your login. It's immediate and can't be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.

How is my health data used?

Your data powers your own insights and coaching only. To generate AI responses, the relevant parts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API through our secure backend; Anthropic does not train on it. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

Apple Health

KronixAI can read metrics like sleep and heart rate from Apple Health, only with your permission. You can grant or revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Health → KronixAI.

Editing or removing entries

Every entry is editable, and deletes are reversible within the app — nothing is permanently removed except through Delete Account.
